With this library chandelier, artfully decorative lighting works for both task and ambient illumination, upwards and down.
Sophisticated clients wanted to add substantial, sculptural illumination in this media room/library for both task and ambient light. A dramatic Walter Nessen “Starfish” chandelier extending 42″ in overall diameter was selected to cast glare-free light in abundance for reading and also to highlight the finely grained quarter-sawn “tiger oak” millwork. The library chandelier in satin nickel finish picks up warm tones in the room and matches the finish on other hardware.
